Growth partnership for US companies with revenue and a team

The company runs fine. Growth sits still.

You are not short on ideas, and you are not short on specialists. What is missing is one partner who sees the whole picture, decides what comes first, and makes sure the work actually gets done.

We take responsibility for the marketing, the sales process and the systems under them. We are measured on what happens at the end: meetings booked, deals closed, profit kept.

  • 21+ years in entrepreneurship, marketing, sales and technology
  • Dozens of clients across many industries
  • One partner accountable for the outcome

Thirty minutes, no slide deck. We name the one bottleneck holding growth and you leave with a next step, even if we never work together.

Is this you?

Most of the companies we partner with have revenue, a team of roughly ten people and up, and at least one person already responsible for marketing. The pieces exist. They do not add up to a machine.

  • You pay three vendors and none of them owns the result

The ad person reports good numbers. The web agency shipped the redesign. The automation contractor closed the ticket. Every part reports healthy and the revenue line has not moved.

  • Leads arrive and quietly go cold

Nobody calls back the same day. Follow up depends on who remembered. You have no way to know how much money left through that gap last quarter.

  • You cannot say which campaign produced which sale

When it is time to decide where the next dollar goes, there is no number anyone in the room trusts. So the budget gets set by argument.

  • Everything waits for one person to approve it

Vendors wait for answers. Tasks sit until you free up. The company grows at the speed of your inbox.

  • The systems do not talk to each other

The site, the CRM, the billing tool and the spreadsheets each hold part of the truth. Reporting means someone exporting files on a Friday.

  • You have real expertise and no product built around it

The knowledge in the company is worth paying for. It has never been packaged, priced and put in front of the people who would buy it.

When we are the wrong call

  • You want one campaign, one website or one automation, and nothing around it.
  • You want results without being involved in the decisions.
  • You are not willing to change how the company works day to day.
  • You want a one time audit and a list of recommendations.

Why growth stalls in a company that is already working

It is almost never a shortage of effort. It is four failures that look unrelated and are not.

  1. 01

Activity is not connected to revenue

Campaigns run, content goes out, leads come in. Somewhere between the click and the invoice the trail breaks, so nobody can prove what is worth funding. The budget survives on opinion.

  2. 02

Everyone owns a piece and nobody owns the picture

The agency owns clicks. Sales owns calls. IT owns the tools. When a lead dies between two of them, it belongs to no one, and it never shows up in any report.

  3. 03

Each new vendor adds management, not capacity

Another specialist means another brief to write, another call to sit in, another set of deliverables to chase. You bought hands and you paid in your own hours.

  4. 04

The offer was never built for the market you are in now

The company grew into a bigger market with the same pitch, the same pricing and the same sales conversation it used at half the size. More traffic will not fix that.

Why not a consultant, and why not another agency

A consultant hands you a plan and leaves the execution on your desk. An agency executes one channel and cannot see the rest. Growth needs both halves in the same place.

No more disconnected marketing activity. One engine that connects the offer, the marketing, the sale and the system behind them.

Five territories, one partner

We do not start from a tool. We start from what has to happen to your customer, decide what is blocking revenue right now, and build in that order. Some of these areas will not be touched in year one, and we will tell you which.

Offer and positioning

Before anything gets built, we settle what you sell, who it is for, and why someone picks you over the other quote on the table.

  • Find the constraint that is actually holding revenue
  • Sharpen the existing offer, or build a new product out of expertise the company already has
  • Pricing and product ladder, from entry offer to the main engagement
  • The order of work: what gets built now, what waits, and what we refuse to build yet

Demand

Getting the right people to raise a hand, and keeping the wrong ones away from your calendar.

  • Messaging, positioning and content that a cold buyer understands
  • Paid campaigns aimed at meetings and sales, not at impressions
  • Websites and landing pages built to produce enquiries
  • Search presence, local listings and the pages that rank for what you sell
  • Live and recorded webinars, including ones that run at any hour without you
  • Video production and editing, including vertical ads
  • Launch plans for a new program or product

The sale

Everything between a raised hand and a signed agreement, running as a process instead of relying on memory.

  • Qualification that happens before a person reaches the calendar
  • Sales process design, call structure and the material reps need in the room
  • Lead routing and ownership so every enquiry has a name on it
  • Follow up across email, text, chat and WhatsApp until the prospect decides
  • Contracts, signatures, payment and structured onboarding into the service

Systems and software

The part where most partners stop and hand you a spec. We build it, including the pieces that need real code.

  • CRM build out: pipelines, stages, fields, ownership, permissions and reporting
  • Automation with exit conditions and owners, not a pile of triggers nobody can read
  • AI agents that ask what the caller needs, qualify, collect documents and book
  • Payments, subscriptions, instalment plans and automatic invoicing
  • Integrations, APIs and webhooks between the tools you already run
  • Custom apps and software when the platform cannot do what the business needs
  • Courses, membership areas and client portals

Numbers

You should be able to name which campaign produced which sale. At this size, most companies cannot.

  • Analytics and attribution that reconcile orders, CRM records and ad platform data into one view
  • Reporting on response time, meetings, show rate, closes, revenue and margin
  • Uptime and failure monitoring on the parts of the stack that take money
  • A standing read on what to fund, what to cut and what to fix next

We will also tell you when the thing you asked for is not the thing stopping you. That conversation happens early, before anyone spends a budget on it.

Case studies

Eight businesses, eight different bottlenecks

Different industries, different sizes, and in every one the change started when a single partner took responsibility for the outcome. Clients are named by industry only.

Luxury home audio and video integrator

The problem
Expensive hours burned on calls with prospects who were never a fit for projects at that price level.
What we built
Before anyone books, they watch a webinar showing the standard of work and fill in a short qualifying form. Only budget fit prospects reach the calendar.
What changed
His calendar holds prospects who fit the budget, and he no longer screens people by phone.

Beauty influencer running cosmetic tourism trips

The problem
A large following, and every single signup went through a personal call repeating the same explanations.
What we built
A brand site, an email sequence that prepares travellers before the trip, and signup plus payment that the customer completes herself.
What changed
She stopped working as her own call centre. Anyone who does reach a call already knows what the trip includes and what it costs.

Creator and consultant turning an audience into revenue

The problem
A big audience, no packaged program, and no process that sold or onboarded anyone.
What we built
We built the offer, a recorded webinar available at any hour, follow up that walks each registrant to a decision, contract signing, and structured onboarding into the program.
What changed
He keeps making content while the selling and the onboarding run without him.

Mortgage advisor, a one person office

The problem
Half his day went to booking, chasing documents, and calls with people who were not ready.
What we built
A digital assistant that asks what the caller needs, flags refinance versus purchase, collects signatures on the forms, and books the meeting.
What changed
His morning starts with an organised calendar of relevant prospects who have already signed.

Longevity and performance clinic selling programs and courses

The problem
They could not tell which campaign produced which sale, because a local instant payment method stripped the order attribution on 31% of revenue.
What we built
We built the analytics pipeline that reconciles store orders, CRM records and ad platform data into one view, plus the sales pages and checkout for two flagship programs, and uptime monitoring across the stack.
What changed
They can finally see which campaign produced which sale, and they stopped guessing at the media budget.

National commercial cleaning company, B2B

The problem
The site ranked for household cleaning tips instead of the commercial contracts they actually sell, and the sales reps worked from scattered lists and called the same offices twice.
What we built
We rebuilt the search presence around the services and cities they want, claimed and corrected the Google Business Profile, built an outbound engine with a shared ledger so two reps can never be handed the same office, and produced 7 vertical video ads.
What changed
The site now speaks to the buyer they want, and the reps work one list nobody duplicates.

Fertility and surrogacy agency

The problem
Leads were disappearing. 8 of their website forms were silently sending nothing to the CRM. Every submission looked successful to the visitor and reached no one.
What we built
We found it by testing the live site rather than reading the code, then rewired every form into the CRM.
What changed
Every enquiry now lands in one place with an owner, and nothing depends on someone remembering to check an inbox.

Payments software for a CRM platform

The problem
A whole country of businesses ran their CRM on a platform whose built in payment providers did not serve them, so they were keying every charge and every invoice into a second system by hand.
What we built
We designed and shipped a marketplace payment app: card checkout in the local language, instalment plans, subscriptions with trial periods and setup fees, and an accounting document issued automatically on every payment with the link filed on the customer record.
What changed
A business can take payment inside the CRM it already runs on, and the invoice arrives without anyone opening a second system.

How the partnership runs

Four stages. We always start with the diagnosis, and only then decide what gets built.

  1. Diagnose

We go through the offer, the marketing, the sales process, the systems and the numbers to find the one constraint holding revenue. It is often not the thing you called about, and three of the eight cases on this page began exactly that way.

  2. Set the order

What gets built now, what waits, who executes each part, and how we will know it worked. Sequence decides the return here more than scope does.

  3. Build and run

Our team does the work. Your people and the vendors you already trust can work inside the same plan and report to one place. You stop writing briefs.

  4. Measure against money

A completed task is not an improvement. We check what happened to meetings, closes and margin, cut what is not paying, and set the next cycle from that.

Meet Omer Dagan, founder of BizBoost

For more than 21 years I have worked in entrepreneurship, marketing, sales, products, business development and technology. Most of that time in the place where a good idea has to become something people pay for.

I have built and marketed products and ventures, worked with dozens of business owners, and built the systems that connect the marketing, the sale, the CRM and the operation behind them. That work has covered automotive, supplements, a startup going to market in the United States, digital products, and the CRM and automation layer under all of it.

In almost every company I met, the problem was not a shortage of tools or ideas. Each part worked on its own, and nobody was holding the whole picture.

BizBoost exists to be that person. One partner who holds the picture, decides what comes first, and is measured on meetings, sales and profit.

  • 21+ years in entrepreneurship, marketing, sales, products, business development and technology
  • Dozens of clients across many industries
  • Automotive, supplements, US go to market for a startup, digital products, CRM and automation
  • Business thinking and the technical build under one roof

Questions we get before the first call

What does it cost?

There is no price list, because no two companies are in the same position. The price follows the scope of the partnership and what the business actually needs built. You get a clear range on the diagnostic call, before you commit to anything.

What happens on the diagnostic call?

Thirty minutes. We go through the business, what already works and what is stuck, and name the one bottleneck holding growth. You leave with a next step even if we decide not to work together. No slide deck.

Is our company the right size for this?

It works best for companies that already have revenue, a team of roughly ten people and up, and more coordination to do than time to do it. If there is no revenue yet, it is too early, and we will say so on the call instead of selling you something.

Do we have to fire our current agency and replace our systems?

Usually not. Good vendors stay, and we manage them into one plan. We replace a vendor or a platform when it is genuinely blocking growth, and we explain why before anything moves.

Do you actually build things, or only advise?

We build. Websites, landing pages, CRM, automation, AI agents, integrations, payments, video, and custom software when the platform cannot do what the business needs. The eighth case on this page is a payment application we designed and shipped, not a tool we configured.

How long before something changes?

It depends where you start and what is stopping you. Response time to a new lead and organised follow up move almost immediately, because those are routing and ownership. Building a full marketing and sales engine takes longer. On the call we will tell you what is realistic and when.

Rather leave your details?

Same 30 minute diagnostic call, without messaging a stranger first. Tell us where the company is stuck and Omer takes it from there.

Your details stay with us. No newsletter, no automated sales sequence, and nothing passed to anyone else.

You do not need another vendor. You need one partner who connects the parts and owns the result.

On the call we find where the company is, what is holding it, and what the next move should be. You get an answer either way.

Thirty minutes, no slide deck. We name the one bottleneck together and you leave with a next step, even if we never work together.
